Wig Hair Return Policy

At Blossom Hair UK we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the wig hair you received, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions:

– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
– The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

– Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting information or images if applicable.

3. Refund/Exchange Options:
– Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will offer the following options:

b) Exchange: We can exchange the returned item for another product of equal value, subject to availability.
c) Store Credit: We can issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases.

4. Return Shipping:
– Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

5. Non-Returnable Items:
– For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, customized, or altered cannot be returned.
– Any accompanying accessories (e.g., wig caps, adhesives) cannot be returned once opened or used.
